On April 8, the 4DL-5A full-fed broad bean developed by Taian Luyue Modern Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. was held at the National Edible Bean Industry Technology System Mountainous Dryland Broad Bean Mechanized Harvesting Field Observation Meeting organized by the Institute of Food Crops, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences The combine harvester appeared in Jianshui, Yunnan, creating a precedent for mechanized broad bean harvesting in mountainous dryland.
The 4DL-5A full-fed broad bean combine harvester was jointly developed by the Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Taian Luyue Modern Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. It was successfully harvested in Hebei and Gansu in October last year.
Beans in Yunnan Province can be divided into two categories: winter and summer. In winter legumes mainly include broad beans, peas and lentils grown in high-altitude mountainous areas; in summer legumes are mainly kidney beans (common kidney beans and kidney beans) in addition to soybeans, in addition to some mung beans, adzuki beans, cowpeas, rice beans, etc. At present, the total area of beans in Yunnan Province is 9.50 million mu, of which the area of edible beans is 7.625 million mu. Yunnan Province is the main producing area of legume crops in my country. The planting area of broad beans and peas ranks first in the country. The area of broad beans accounts for 32.5% of the country and the area of peas accounts for 13.4% of the country. Yunnan Province is the production base of high-quality fresh legume raw materials in my country. The edible legume crop industry has a huge scale. However, the field production is dominated by manpower, and the application of mechanization in production is blank. Therefore, the production cost is high and the lack of mechanization in production It has become the primary restricting factor restricting the development of edible bean crops in Yunnan Province.
Those who came to observe were experts from Jiangsu, Sichuan, Anhui, and Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences within the National Edible Bean Industry Technology System, and experts from relevant business departments in Jianshui County.
The participating experts evaluated the impurity content and breakage rate of the harvested broad beans.
The experts who participated in the observation meeting first came to the breeding research base of the Institute of Food Crops of the Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Yanbasi Village Committee of Miandian Town to observe the scene, and then the staff started the all-fed edible bean combine harvester. After more than an hour of harvesting the granary was full, the staff opened the granary and unloaded the full harvest.
